1. Acceptance of Terms

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may lead to your account being suspended or closed without notice. You are also responsible for updating your account details if there are any changes.

- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using public devices.
- Report any suspicious activity to 53300 support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes. Exploiting technical bugs or system weaknesses is also forbidden.
Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any system abuse, including multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions, may result in forfeiture of related bonuses and account closure.
Users may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise assign their accounts to others. 53300 accounts are for the exclusive personal use of the registered owner only.
All content displayed on the 53300 platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by 53300 and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 53300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and local Malaysian online banking.
53300 reserves the right to verify users' identities before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit valid identification documents as part of this verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered under the same user name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method chosen and your account’s VIP level. Current limits can be checked in your account section. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and account verification status.
- Any taxes or bank charges related to transactions are the responsibility of the user.
- 53300 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as payment processors or banks.

5. Suspension, Account Closure & Liability Limits
53300 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if terms violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior affecting platform integrity are detected.
In cases of account suspension due to terms violations, the account balance may be held pending investigation. If violations are confirmed, 53300 reserves the right to confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained unlawfully.
Users wishing to close their accounts voluntarily can contact 53300 support. Any valid balance will be returned after verification is complete, subject to no outstanding issues.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 53300 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from using or inability to use this platform. The total liability of 53300 shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user within thirty (30) days before any claim.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
The 53300 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. 53300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to those sites is at the user's own risk.
53300 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via platform notices or email. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms should first be resolved through negotiation before pursuing further action.
